Getting from point A conceptual to point B completion

 

The design and  implementation process provides a critical check-and-balance during the construction phase. This is done to ensure that the end result conforms to the design intent reflected in the designer and contractor documents, which also reflects the owners’ expectations. During contract negotiations, it is recommended that the contractor, owner, and designer discuss and clearly understand the roles and expectations of everyone involved with the implementation process. 

 

Prior to any installation we concduct a complimentary thorough onsite evlauation of the proposed area of consideration.  We then develop a scaled, conceptual CAD rendering of the project with a detailed cost estimate. It is highly reccomended that a comprehensive set of plans are in place to assist in facilitating a competitive estimates.
